Summer is almost over and I can’t believe that I haven’t been out on the canals yet! To rectify that this months Dessert Club will be out on the canals of Utrecht. The event will be taking place on the 31s August, and of course there will be a three course pairing with wine this time around.
The Menu will be :
Black Roasted Sesame Seed Sponge with Macerated Strawberries, White Chocolate Ganache and Balsamic pearls Paired with a glass of Visner de Pergola
Spiced Buttercream with a Vanilla sponge, Maple meringue and some chicken skin crumbs paired with The Classis Saussignac, of Iona Noble Late Sauvignon Blanc.
Cardamom Mousse with dark chocolate and popping candy paired with The Fülöp Late Harvest
The boat will be leaving at 18:10 sharp so if you will be joining us on this indulgent cruise please be on time!
