This Valentines day we’ve collaborated with The Malt Vault and made a cake that you can pre-order to share with your loved one while you enjoy some drinks.
This is our first collaboration of the year and we starting it off with an indulgent dessert! A chocolate cake filled with a Miso mousse and Balsamic strawberry coulis.
The chocolate cake that I used is one of our popular cake flavours and paired with the Miso mousse that has a salty yet sweet flavour, really intensifies the chocolate flavour. The balsamic strawberry coulis ties this rich treat together!
