I’m excited to announce that we will be having a dessert and tea pairing with Paper and Tea!
I’ve listened to the few requests that came through for a non alcoholic event. The variety of teas that they offer is amazing and couldn’t wait to get cracking on the pairing opportunities.
It will be a three course experience where you will also get some knowledge about the teas that will be served up. There are only eight seats available in the venue which is the P&T Utrecht Store.
The menu consists of :
- P&T Origins Golden Earl tea paired with Orange infused Tart with a Lemon curd filling, candied Rhubarb and Meringue
- Dark Chocolate Mousse with a Soy caramelized Sponge. Candied Mushrooms and Roasted Hazelnuts to go with one of their Pu-erh Tea the Chocolate Cure
- Lavender sponge with a whipped Lemon Caramel and Fresh berries paired with the their playful Pink Grasshopper fruit blend tea
I’m quite excited to have you guys to try out all the pairings. I had a bit of a tricky few days trying to cook up the second course but its super delicious and can’t wait to hear your feedback.
